If you will not be attending your classes that week, please cancel your bookings on the app. You can schedule a make up anytime for the next 3 months. If you want to come for a makeup in advance, please let us know if you encounter any early makeup booking issue on the app.

REMINDER- IMPORTANT FOR ALL TKD members How to cancel classes & schedule make-ups

Can’t make your class? Please be sure to cancel your booking at least 3 hours before your class. This automatically adds that class to your account and entitles you to schedule a makeup class anytime for the following 3 months.
If your child is going to be away, is not feeling well, has an appointment, doesn’t have transportation, or for any other non-weekly event, we ask for your attention, co-operation and consideration in managing your/your child’s schedule in a timely manner.
Doing so allows your spot to be available for another student to schedule makeups and, in turn, for you to do the same.
Your account will not reflect makeup classes for late cancels or no shows.
