Skill of the Week is Agility and Focus
Hope You Enjoyed the Show! Saturday’s Pride in Port event was set under clear skies and early Fall temperatures, which was ideal for our demonstration and march. A big THANK YOU to all who participated, cheered our performers on and marched behind our banner! We loved having all the parents and little siblings too. We will be sharing pictures on our Instagram and Facebook page shortly.
Want to join the Demo Team? We will now be focusing on the preparation and practicing for all the exciting Spring events (PortFest, Asian American Festival, Harborfest, Friendship Festival, National Night Out…) If you would like to join the team now is the time! It doesn’t matter what belt level you are., As long as, you are willing to make the commitment to the practices and performances, we have a spotlight for you! The General Team practice is Wednesdays at 5:50-5:50PM and the Dance Team meets Thursdays at 5:30-6:15PM. For more details, please contact Master Helen or Master Mack.
Welcome (Back) Cyclones! Our Cyclones Acrobatix program is in full swing now. It is wonderful to see returning faces and we welcome our new participants. Thank you for showing up promptly for your class in your uniform! Looking forward to much progress over the next few months.

Use the email associated with your (child’s) account to sign up. Be sure to sign the online waiver. Look under MARTIAL ARTS to see and manage your (child’s) schedule.
You must cancel your class at least 3 hours before your scheduled class in order to have a makeup class credited to your account. It will be available for use for 3 months, after which time, it will expire. LATE cancel or NO show are marked as a NO show.
We want everyone to get the full benefit from their membership! Please get into the groove of managing your account. TKD Uniform Students may continue to wear your Summer training uniform since the weather continues to be relatively mild.
In the meantime, please locate your regular white uniform. If it is lost or too small, please come and get a new one. Reminder that if you wish to wear a layering shirt under your uniform top- it must be white or black. If you are in need of a plain white t-shirt, see the front desk and we will give you one (while supplies last).
Finally, for safety- no long pants hanging below your uniform bottoms no watches or chunky/ dangling accessories long hair should be neatly tied back. (We always have a supply of hair ties for your use.)
Did you save the date? Our big event of the year is coming! Please plan to join us, (if you dare!), for our Hallowe’en Gala on Saturday October 29th from 6-7:30PM. Costumes required!
Happy Birthday wishes Emma S., Jennifer Y., George L., Charlotte M., Oliver A., Charlotte L.
Thank you and see you on the mat!
