TKD Attendance/Missed Classes/Makeups Reminders (*not for students on trial) Please get into the groove of managing your account using the Wellness Living Achieve app.
This will allow your attendance to be as accurate as possible, your missed classes properly recorded and not forgotten and, lastly, give everyone an opportunity to come to a class that you can’t make and vice versa.
PLEASE download the Wellness Living Achieve app (purple icon with white floral design) if you have not already. Use the email associated with your (child’s) account to sign up. Be sure to sign the online waiver. Look under MARTIAL ARTS to see and manage your (child’s) schedule. You need to cancel your booking at least 3 hours before your scheduled class in order to have a makeup class credited to your account. It will be available for use for 3 months, after which time, it will expire. LATE cancel or NO show are counted as attended. Therefore, we urge you to manage your (child's) schedule because we want everyone to get the full benefit from your membership- especially for those who only come once a week.
