VERY IMPORTANT ATTENDANCE POLICY INFORMATION effective 9/1
FOR TAEKWONDO
Due to the need to keep class sizes limited during the Delta variant wave, we must ask you to follow the cancellation policy, so you can be eligible for make-ups.
Please sign up on the app WELLNESS LIVING ACHIEVE. (It is a purple square with a white floral design) and make an account for each of your children. You will be able to quickly manage your/your child’s TKD schedule.
If your child will not be coming to his/her scheduled class, you MUST cancel that booking before of by 12PM/ NOON for classes on Monday-Friday and by 6PM Friday for classes on Saturday morning.
This is for everyone’s benefit and consideration. This makes room for your fellow classmates to sign up for their makeups and gives the same opportunity to you. If your child is still on the attendance list after the cancellation time, he/she will be marked as “no show” and will not have a makeup on file. We want to continue to have our extended makeup policy; however, until social distancing/ other health safety worries affecting our class capacity are no longer necessary, we can only honor makeups, if you cancel your spot in enough time for someone else to come. FOR ACROBATICS Just a reminder- There are no refunds or make-ups in another acrobatics class. HOWEVER, we are able to offer a TaeKwonDo class for a missed class. Please contact us to find an age/level appropriate spot for you. Thank you for support and cooperation in making this work for all. KEEPING UP WITH COVID/DELTA VARIANT ~ALL students and spectators must wear a properly fitting mask inside the dojang. ~Everyone must hand sanitize upon entering the dojang. ~Do not attend class if you have any covid related symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive. ~ We reserve the right to dismiss a student from class if he/she presents a health safety concern to the others. Happy Birthday wishes to Jirou D., Luca C., Maya D. If you have any questions or need to make any changes to your scheduled classes, please send us an email so we can take care of it! Have a wonderful holiday! See you on the mat. Thank you, Master Helen
